Kids Klub is a school sponsored Extended Day, Chilcare Program.  Kid's Klub is operated on campus for QAS students from K through 8th grade.

Registration

A $50.00 per family Registration Fee must be submitted with the Regisration Form.  Registrtion Forms are available to print above, in the school office or the Kids Klub room throughout the school year.  Forms are also available at Kid's Klub information meetings.

For children to attend Kid's Klub, registration must be complete.

Hours

Kid's Klub is open on School Days Only.  There is no Kid's Klub on the first day of school.  There is no after school Kid's Klub on the day school dismisses for Christmas vacation or the last day of the school year.

Check-In/Check-Out Procedure

All Children must be signed into Kid's Klub in the morning by a parent or an authrized adult.  After school children will be signed into Kid's Klub by a staff member.  All children must be signed out of Kid's Klub by a parent or authorized adult.

Kid's Klub Fees

Pre-Pay Rates - Families must submit a pre-pay worksheet (which are available to print above and at Kid's Klub) and payment by the 10th of each month. You are billed only for hours used.  Any credit remaining will be credited to the following month.

Pre-Pay Rates
$4.00 per hour for 1 child
$7.00 per hour for 2 or more children
Billing is calculated in half-hour increments

Drop-In Rates:  Any time used and not pre-paid will be billed at the drop-in rate.

Drop-In Rates
$5.00 per hour for 1 child
$9.00 per hour for 2 or more children

After-Hour charges
An after hours charge of $1.25 per minute per child will be charged for children left in Kid's Klub after the 6:00pm closing time.

Late Payments
When you receive your statement, payment is due.  Accounts more than 31 days days past due will be charged a $5.00 late fee per month.

Returned Check Charge
A $30.00 charge will be added to any checks returned by your bank unpaid.

Meals

Breakfast is provided to all children in morning Kid's Klub.  Snacks are provided to all children in Kid's Klub at 2:45pm and again at 5:30pm.  Children may not bring or eat their own snacks at Kid's Klub.
