QUEEN OF ALL SAINTS SCHOOL
2010- 2011 SCRIP PROGRAM
SCRIP Coordinator: Tracy Carlson (tracy@newharbinger.com)
Thank you for your interest in our Scrip Program. Scrip is an easy way for Queen of All Saints School to raise additional funds for our school, and we appreciate your participation.
Participation in the e-Scrip program is mandatory as outlined in the school contract. Purchases of Scrip (gift cards) and participation in eScrip are the only programs available to raise funds to offset the Scrip assessment amount.
Each family must purchase $5,000 worth of Scrip and/or accumulate $5,000 in charges through e-Scrip. Annual spending is tracked from June 1 to May 31.
What is Scrip (Gift Cards)? Scrip involves purchasing prepaid cards (gift cards) for any of a number of merchants. The merchant offers small percentage rebates that are allocated to the purchasing family. Go to www.glscrip.com(external link) and click Alphabetically by Category under Retailer List for a list of participating merchants. There are many - even more than are detailed on the Queen of All Saints order form!
Where to Purchase Scrip? Scrip is sold in the School Office Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm during the school year. Forms are available in the office and are also available on-line. Payment for Scrip must be received at the time you place your order. Scrip cannot be disbursed without prior payment.

What is eScrip and How Do I Use It? This process requires that the family provide their e-Scrip or loyalty card number to QAS so the credits can be allocated to the family. A supporter simply registers any one or all of their existing Safeway, debit and credit cards for use in the program. Participating merchants will make contributions to QAS based on purchases made by the family, just by using the cards registered. Purchases are tracked and available online, allowing a user to see just how much the school is earning. Log on to and go to www.escrip.com(external link) "sign up" to register your grocery cards and debit/credit cards. The Queen of All Saints School Group ID# is 137106399.
If you participated in last year’s program, you need to renew your registration! Your valuable contributions will stop unless you renew. There are two ways to renew: Call 1-800-400-7878 or visit www.escrip.com(external link) and click on "YES! Renew". Have your Safeway Club Card number handy. Our school's Group ID# is 137016399
Family, friends, coworkers can purchase Scrip through you or at the school office. Be sure your family name/ grade is included on their check and Scrip order form for you to receive credit. If you have signed up family and friends on eScrip, please let us know the name of the person signed up so that we can be sure to give you the credit for their purchases.

Scrip Reporting
If you have signed up family and friends in eScrip, please let us know the name of the person signed up so that we can be sure to give you the credit for their purchases. Please complete the tally sheet(external link) and return it to the School Office so that your Scrip account is credited accordingly. If this sheet is not returned, no credit will be given.
The Scrip committee will send a confidential report to each family periodically. The report will reiterate the requirements for the year, and tally the family’s Scrip purchases year to date.
Watch for Scrip updates in the Week At A Glance and the family envelope. Contact Tracy at tracy@newharbinger.com or through the School Office if you have any questions about the QAS Scrip Program.
