Our annual Auction/Dinner will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012

Dear Queen of All Saints Families,

I would like to share with you an opportunity to support the children of Queen of All Saints School. On Saturday, March 10, 2012 we will be hosting our Annual Spring Auction, "Denim & Diamonds". So shine your boots and brush up on your Line Dancing skills, as we get ready to party the night away at the Lakeside Room at Heather Farms in Walnut Creek. Mark your calendar now and join us for an evening of fun.

The funds raised from this event will help support our academic programs, make school improvements, and allow us to begin the process of updating the technology in the classrooms. Through your generosity and continued support, we are ensuring the future success of our children.

There are many ways for you to help us reach our goal.

  • Come to the auction and bring a friend! There will be dinner, silent and live auctions, casino action, and lots of dancing. We promise you a night of laughter and fun.

  • Advertise, Sponsor, or Underwrite! You or your company can take advantage of Advertising, Sponsorship, and Underwriting Opportunities. We are seeking corporate and individual support in underwriting the auction’s costs and sponsoring tables to ensure all proceeds directly benefit our students. These opportunities provide a great deal of visibility for a company as they are promoted in the Auction Program, on our website, in our school newsletter, and on our Auction display boards.

  • Sell Raffle Tickets! Each QAS family is receiving 1 packet of raffle tickets at $10 per ticket or packet of 11 tickets for $100 (get 1 free) the drawing will be held during the Auction on March 10, 2012 and the winners do not need to be present to win. 1st prize is $3,000, 2nd prize is $1,500, and 3rd prize is $750. Each family must sell a minimum of 10 tickets and 50% of the tickets you sell will go towards your fundraising commitment, so we encourage you to sell as many as possible. A Free Dress Pass will be awarded to families who sell and turn in all of their raffle tickets by February 1, 2012.

  • Donate an Auction item! Do you or someone you know own a business that offers a service we can auction? Perhaps you know a business, family member, or friend who would be willing to donate an auction item. Creative donations are a large part of what makes the auction successful – spa treatments, sports/concert tickets, wine, gift cards or certificates. Be sure to submit an Auction Donation Form so you can be acknowledged in our Auction Program.

  • Monetary Donations of any amount are always welcomed, encouraged, and needed.
