  • Testing & Fees
  • Applicants will be given a test to ensure appropriate grade-level math and reading skills; testing dates will be arranged upon receipt of applications. There is a nonrefundable $40.00 fee for testing and a $10.00 fee for additional students from the same family.
   
  • Document Requirements
  • Applicants should bring:

  • 1. Birth certificate
  • 2. Immunization records
  • 3. Church certificates - Baptism, Communion, Confirmation (if applicable)
  • 4. Latest report card and test scores (if applicable)
  • 5. Graded school work (if applicable)
  • 6. Letters from the Parish (if applicable)
