ADMISSIONS INFORMATION: 2008-2009 ACADEMIC YEAR

We are currently accepting applications for all grades. Our admissions priorities are:
1. Siblings of current students;
2. Members of Queen of All Saints parish in good standing;
3. Participating members of other Catholic parishes;
4. All others.

TESTING & FEES

Applicants will be given a test to ensure appropriate grade-level math and reading skills; testing dates will be arranged upon receipt of applications. There is a nonrefundable $40.00 fee for testing and a $10.00 fee for additional students from the same family.


DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should bring:
1. Birth certificate
2. Immunization records
3. Church certificates - Baptism, Communion, Confirmation (if applicable)
4. Latest report card and test scores (if applicable)
5. Graded school work (if applicable)
6. Letters from the Parish (if applicable)
