We are happy to be offering an early morning care program for our QAS families.
The program is being offered at no cost for the first week of school.

Starting September 1, 2011, families using the early morning program will be charged an annual fee of $30 to cover the cost of supervision.
There are no other fees or costs for daily use of the program. This fee gives families unlimited access to the morning program. Families using the program for the first time will receive payment notice with the following month’s tuition statement.

No breakfast or snack is provided.

Morning care is available in the Extended Care room. Children may arrive as early as 7:10 AM for morning care
Students in grades K-3 must be walked to the morning care classroom and signed in by an adult or older sibling.
Students in grades 4-8 may sign themselves into morning care, however parents are responsible for ensuring that their child enters the building safely, as there is no school yard supervision before 7:40 AM.

Extended Care School Program is open on School Days Only. Because the program is an extension of our school day, daycare is not provided on holidays and/or during vacation periods. The program is located in the Extended Care rooms in the Kindergarten wing.
Billings are per each hour, and any fraction thereof. There is a one-hour minimum charge.
Drop-In Rates
$7.00 per hour
Pre-Pay Rates
$5.00 an hour per student. There is a multi-student discount for families with more than one child.
After-Hour charges
Students not picked up by 5:45 are charged a late fee of $2.00/child per minute to be paid to the Program Leader at pickup.
