  • George is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He has 20 years' experience in the financial service industry. He received a BA in Economics from San Francisco State University. He is a former Rotarian president and an active member of Queen of All Saints Parish. George and his wife, Manuela, have three adult children. His interests include reading the Bible, yoga, traveling in Mexico and gardening.

  • Donna Roberts
  • Donna Roberts comes to the Queen of All Saints School Board as the parent of recent QAS alum Brian Roberts, class of 2010, and as former QAS school bookkeeper from 2004 to 2010. She has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland. Donna spent 15 years working for the Federal Government as well as 4 years working for Amtrak before moving from Maryland to California in 1995. While her two boys were young, she stayed home and ran a licensed child-care business as well as completing early childhood education courses before rejoining the workforce in 2004. Donna is currently marketing for a health and wellness company as well as continuing to devote many hours volunteering in church, school and community activities.

  • Kathleen Gallagher
  • I have been a QAS parent for the last 10 years and still going... my son Jake started pre-kindergarten in 2001 and graduated in 2010 and my younger son Tyler started kindergarten in 2008 and is currently in the 4th grade. I am an account executive at Compass Marketing a local advertising agency and have been with the company since 1998. I am not a beginner, but rather a seasoned professional with 14 years of career experience, encompassing positions and responsibilities in the following areas:

    * Account Management
    * Advertising, Marketing & Promotions
    * Public Relations
    * Client Relations
    * Media Production
    * Budget Management
    * Sales

    My success throughout my career is largely due to my ability to prioritize responsibilities and to effectively interact with a broad range of clientele. I am responsible for managing all areas of major accounts, which includes new business development and planning. I am in charge of conceptualizing, creating and developing strategic marketing and promotional campaigns for clients and prepare and administer control budgets for operating expenditures.

  • Bill DeSmet, Buildings & Grounds
  • I am a California native as well as a lifelong Concord resident. I went to QAS school and graduated from Mt Diablo high school. After a short time at DVC, I entered the work force as a heavy duty diesel mechanic. That career choice has blessed me with close to 35 years of uninterrupted employment.

    I have been married 28 years, put 4 children through QAS school and am enjoying spending time with our 4 grandkids . I currently volunteer as a catechist for our confirmation program and am looking forward to retirement.

  • Penny Ogden
  • Mrs. Ogden grew up in Pleasant Hill, CA. She is a graduate of Christ the King School (Pleasant Hill) and Carondelet High School. Mrs. Ogden received her BA at CSU, Sacramento as a Liberal Studies Major. Upon graduation, she worked full time for Cigna P & C (Insurance) and then spent three years in sales with Nestle in their Fundraising division. Mrs. Ogden attended St. Mary's College in Moraga for her teaching credential. The past 13 years at Queen of All Saints have brought many blessings her way. She has been impressed by the academic and spiritual growth of her students, and she is always proud when graduates return from high school, and college, to visit and share their accomplishments. In addition to teaching Math and Religion, Mrs. Ogden was the Student Government Advisor for the past 12 years. She truly enjoys working with the students on their leadership skills and helping them to plan and organize QAS student body activities. She is also currently serving as Vice Principal.
